Teresa Miles Walsh has served as a member of our Board since February 2020. Ms. Walsh is currently the CEO & Managing Director of Access Media Advisory LLC (AMA), a corporate advisory boutique focused on media sector clients. Prior to founding AMA, Ms. Walsh was the head of the European media investment banking group at Merrill Lynch from 1997 until 2002; from 1989 until 1996 she worked in various investment banking roles at Merrill Lynch, including the project and lease finance, utilities, and media groups. Ms. Walsh received her MBA with distinction in 1987 from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and her Bachelor of Arts in Economics, magna cum laude, also from Duke University.
