Q. How are Upland’s products and services sold?

A.   We sell our software applications primarily through a direct sales organization. In addition to our direct sales organization, we have an indirect sales organization, which sells to distributors and value-added resellers.

A.   Our customers range from large global corporations and government agencies to small- and medium-sized businesses across a broad range of industries, including financial services, retail, technology, manufacturing, education, consumer goods, media, telecommunications, government, food and beverage, healthcare and life sciences.

A.   Upland commenced its initial public offering in November 2014. William Blair & Company, L.L.C. and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. were joint book-running managers for the offering. Canaccord Genuity Inc. was lead manager and Needham & Company, LLC was co-lead manager for the offering.
