A.   Upland (Nasdaq: UPLD) is a leading provider of cloud-based Enterprise Work Management software that helps organizations to plan, manage and execute projects and work. Our family of software applications connects people through technology, automates the flow of work and brings visibility to all aspects of the organization, including teams in IT, marketing, finance, professional services and process excellence. A.   We sell our software applications primarily through a direct sales organization. In addition to our direct sales organization, we have an indirect sales organization, which sells to distributors and value-added resellers.

A.   Our customers range from large global corporations and government agencies to small- and medium-sized businesses across a broad range of industries, including financial services, retail, technology, manufacturing, education, consumer goods, media, telecommunications, government, food and beverage, healthcare and life sciences.

Q. When did Upland become a publicly traded company?

A.   Upland commenced its initial public offering in November 2014. William Blair & Company, L.L.C. and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. were joint book-running managers for the offering. Canaccord Genuity Inc. was lead manager and Needham & Company, LLC was co-lead manager for the offering.
